Nuttall, when Madelene Constance Dack, housewife, aged 46 appeared in the Magistrate's Court on Saturday morning charged with causing actual bodily harm to Joseph Henry Dack. Counsel said that the accused was in need of care and attention by police officers, and she was remanded.
