The R.A.F. Association aims to enlist more than one million members, with branches in every town and village in the Empire. The president of the association, Lord Trenchard. said that one of the objects was to help "some of the cream of the manhood of this Commonwealth" back into civil occupations. He said that the association already had over 30,000 members
