NEW ZEALAND BREWERIES, LTD
An interim dividend of 3 1/!; per cent, has been declared by New Zealand Breweries, Ltd., payable on December 13, 1944.

A final dividend of 7 per cent., making 12 per cent, on the ordinary shares for the year, will be recommended to shareholders of Woohvorths (N.Z.), Ltd., at the forthcoming meeting, payable on December 15. Net profit of the company for the year after providing £231,000 provision for taxation amounts to £55,014.
