MR. CORDELL HULL

RESIGNATION REPORTED

Rec. 1 p.m. WASHINGTON, Nov. 26.

A high Government source said that Mr. Cor dell Hull had submitted his resignation as Secretary of State because of ill health. The indications are that

President Roosevelt will accept the resignation. Mr. Hull is ill in a navy hospital at Bethesda, Maryland. . Mr. Hull was a member of the original Cabinet of President Roosevelt. He is 76 years of age.
