Lance-Corporal lan Fraser McGirr, recently reported killed in action, was the only child of Mr. and Mrs. L. ;W. McGirr, Dundas Street, Seatoun. Known to his friends as Fraser, he was educated at Seatoun School and Wellington Technical College. At the age of 18 he joined the Territorials, then known as the Wellington Bafc
