TOWN CHANGES ITS NAME
Rec.9 a.m. NEW YORK, October 5. The "New York Times" says that Berlin, Oregon, about 70 miles south of Portland,, is changing its name to' Distomo. Distomq is a small,town in Greece in which the Germans slaughtered 1100 men, women, and children as a reprisal for the defeat of a German 'regiment at the hands of Greek guerrillas.
