NAZIS ABANDON BLACK SEA

LONDON, October 5. The "Vdlkischer Beobachter," in naval reports, states: "All German ships in the Black Sea which are too big to sail up the Danube have been either blown up or scuttled. "Nearly 100 vessels, including armed ferries, U-boats, and naval tugs, have been moved up the Danube to play a successful part as a river force in the Iron Gates battle. The crews returning by land have also been engaged in battle."' . ■
