WAR PLANS CONFERENCE

Rec. 9 a.m. WASHINGTON, Oct. 4. The Navy Department disclosed that the high officers who recently concluded a conference on strategy at San Francisco to plan new attacks on Japanese included Admirals E. J. King C W. Nimitz, Raymond Spruance, D. w' Badley, C. M. Cooke, jun., Aubrey Fitch' Randall Jacobs, and members of their staffs. The United Press says the details of the plans developed at the Quebec conference were discussed.
