LONDON, October 2. Messages from Germany say that the precautions to . ensure Hitler's safety have been elaborated. Every visitor to.the Fuhrer, even diplomats and generals, undergo a strict search. A special detachment of scouting planes gives warning if there is danger of enemy planes approaching hii secret headquarters.
