CHARGED AS WAR CRIMINALS
LONDON, September 18. The Russians have arrested ten persons for trial as war criminals. They include General Antonescu, former Rumanian leader; the Rumanian ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs (M. Antonescu); Hitler's former economic adviser at Bucharest (Dr. Claudius); the head of the German military mission (Mr. Hansen); and a former German commander in Warsaw.
