'SEVERAL PRESSING TOPICS'

QUEBEC, September 18. The Prime Minister, Mr. Churchill, left Quebec yesterday by train. His destination was not announced. The movements of Mr. Churchill and President Roosevelt are at present secret, says the United Press of America, but the likelihood, based on official information, is that they are continuing their talks elsewhere. The Associated Press learns that the conferences have reached agreement on several pressing topics, including the Allied military commission for Germany after the occupation, enlargement of the powers of the European Advisory Committee, the world security agency, the Russian-Polish dispute involving boundaries, destruction of the German cartels and a core of understanding for dealing with the cartel problem internationally, and the part of French forces in delivering French Indo-China from the Japanese.
