Sept. 17 Russians on the Rumanian front are exploiting a break-through to open SSS^hW "d the Transylvanian £sv" fr g»ma?s are fighting their way from Bulgaria across north-east Yugoslavia to escape from the Partisans, says an Associated Press correspondent at Bari. *The Russians have reached Negotm. which was-recently captured by Tito's armies. Street fiehting is reported in Valjevp. which the Partisans by-passed on the way to Lajkovac, thirty miles ftom Belgrade.
