.The Upper. Hutt branch of the New Zealand Labour Party carried a motion congratulating the Minister of Manpower in publishing the facts connected with the Hogan case. An additional six months after the expiration of her present term of two years was the sentence imposed on Daphne May Joan Giles, domestic, 19 by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., after she pleaded guilty in the Magistrate's Court today to a .charge of escaping from the Arohata Borstal Institution on Saturday last. ,
