PEACE GOVERNMENT?
LONDON, August 9. Reuter's Stockholm correspondent says that Mr. Hackzel and Mr. Enckell, who head the new Finnish Cabinet, are specialists on Russia. The main task of the new Government will be to make peace with Russia, according to observers in Stockholm. Mr. Enckell is expected to play an important role in this move. Messrs. Linkomies and Tanner, lead- j ing pro-Nazis in the previous Cabinet, are not included in the new Government.
