DON'T WASTE CHEESE

CHEESE STRAWS EASY TO MAKE,

Cheese straws can be quickly and easily made with Felher Flake puff pastry. A little Fether Flake goes a long way. Just roll out the Fether Flake, sprinkle, with grated cheese, fold over, and roll very thin. Cut into shape and lightly prick with a fork. This is important. Also remember to let the pastry ■ lie for a few minutes before baking to ensure perfect lightness.

Use Fether Flake regularly for rich, flaky biscuits, savouries, pies, and tarts. Just, roll and bake.

Fether Flake puff pastry is made fresh every day by Adams Bruce Ltd. only, and kept under ideal conditions in their kitchens and shops. It is sold straight from the refrigerator at these three Adams Bruce shops only: Cuba Street, Manners Street (next to Plaza), and 12 Willis Street (near the Grand Hotel).—P.B.A.
