NAZI TROOPS WITHDRAWN Rec. 11 a.m. LONDON, August 4. The German troops -n Bulgaria have been withdrawn 50 miles from the Carkish frontier and 50 miles from the Black Sea coast, says an Ankara message. < Sofia radio said that Bulgaria was friendly with Turkey and neither Bulgaria nor Turkey had any claims on each other. Rumania's Premier, General Antonescu, is reported to have told Turkey that Rumania does not want to break relations with Turkey.
