MAN-POWER DRAW BLANK

P.A. PALMERSTON N., July 11. The man-power authorities made two raids in Palmerston North today. The result was completely negative at a men's club, where the members present were found to bo outside the scope of the regulations. They were not interviewed. The other raid was at the Manawatu golf links, the occasion being ladies' day. Twenty women were interviewed, and those within the man-power category were found to be enjoying a legitimate half-day s relaxation.
