MEMBERS INCREASE

WADESTOWN PLAY CENTRE

• Members of the Wadestown Nursery Play Centre held their annual meeting recently. The increase in membership in the early part of this year was noted with satisfaction. At the same time it was felt that many mothers of the younger children were not aware of the facilities offered by the play centre. The suggestion that a discussion group on child psychology should be held was enthusiastically received by the mothers. Miss King was welcomed as the new supervisor, and the following officers were elected:—President, Mrs. R. Hill; vice-president; Mrs. Torrence; secretary, Mrs. T. W. Ross; treasurer, Mrs. J. S. Reid; committee, Mesdames Slowey, Bohmer, Deli, and Faulls.
