HUTT ELECTION COUNT Official counts of. votes cast in the Lower Hutt City and Upper Hutt Borough elections are not yet completed. In each case there is a very narrow, margin between the lowest elected candidate on the preliminary counts and the top-scoring defeated candidate. At Lower Hutt the lowest elected candidate is Mr. H. G. Lewis (Citizens), and next on the list is Mrs. B. A. Logic (Labour); at Upper Hutt ~ Mr. T. Clyma (Labour) is lowest on the elected list and separated by only three votes ironi the top defeated ■ candidate, Mr. J. A. Taylor .(Citizens). ■
