ITALIAN TROOPS' SUCCESS

Rec. noon. t 0Italian troops fighting with the Allies have captured Picinisco, eleven miles north of Cassino. This is .the first forward move north of Cassmo since the present offensive began. Reuters correspondent says that Frosinone is now directly threatened by the converging Eighth and Fifth Army; forces.
