Nazis Prepare in Europe Rec 1 p.m. • LONDON, May 29. The German army is preparing to scorch the face of Europe, says the "Daily Telegraph's" Stockholm correspondent, quoting the "Deutsche AUgemeine Zeitung. which declares that all W to*£s and dwellings which could be used for cover by invasion forces win be burned. _, . ... „„._ The paper adds: "This will only be done in an emergency. The German High Command will not scorch the earth and jeopardise the civilian population unless it is necessary-"
