ANNUAL ALLOCATION

A TOTAL OF £4700 The annual meeting; of the board which administers the £100,000 trust created by Mr. and Mrs. J. R. McKenzie in 1940 for charitable and educational purposes throughout the Dominion was held recently in Wellington. The chairman of the board, Mr. J. S. The board comprises eight members —a nominee of the Governor-General, a nominee of the Chief Justice, a nominee of the British Medical .Association, the District Governor of Rotary, and the presidents for the time being of the Auckland, Christchurch', Dunedin, and Wellington Rotary Clubs.
