• CANBERRA, January 27. Australia is aiming at having a £400,000,000 programme of national works planned and ready to start once the war is over, says the Commonwealth Co-ordinator-General of Works, Sir Harry Brown. The National Works: Council today decided on the plarinifig of a £200,000,000 two-year programme as. the first instalment.
