RADIO LICENCE OFFENCES
Twenty-one persons were charged in the Magistrate's Court today before Mr. W. C. Harley, S.M., with failing to renew their radio receiving licences. The penalties imposed varied from a conviction and an order to pay costs to fines of 30s, with 10s costs. One person was fined 30s for operating a receiving set without a licence.
