' LIEUT.-COLONEL MARSDEN (Special P.A. Correspondent.) Rec. noon. LONDON, January 18. Lieutenant-Colonel E. Marsden, New Zealand Director of Scientific Developments, has arrived in London. He is visiting research establishments of the Department of Scientific " and Industrial Research, and also the defence services to ascertain the latest developments. He is also studying aspects of technical questions connected with post-war aviation and post-war reconstruction in relation to British indus-. Lieutenant-Colonel Marsden will see the latest Radar equipment. He spent one month with the New Zealand Forces in the Pacific, and another month in America and Canada en route to England, where he expects to remain for three months.
