CONFERENCE IN MOROCCO (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright.) Rec. 11.20 a.m. LONDON, Jan. 16. Mr. Churchill has completely recovered in heatlh in warm sunshine at Marrakesh, French Morocco, according to Mrs. Churchill, who added that she and Mr. Churchill had been for many tramps through the mountains in the neighbourhood of Marrakesh. On Wednesday Mr. Churchill met General de Gaulle, Lord Beaverbrook, Mr. Duff Cooper, and Mr. Gaston Palweski, a member of the French Cabinet, being present. The principal questions discussed were FrancoBritish relations, and various aspects and co-operation for common victory. The Algiers correspondent of the British United Press says that among the questions dealt with were (1) recognition of the French Committee of National Liberation and its authority on French soil after the liberation of France; (2) the participation of French forces in freeing France; (3) the immediate sending of arms to members of the French underground resistance movement.
