PA CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Apple and pear growers in Canterbury in common with growers in most other parts of New Zealand have rejected the Government's new proposals for the marketing of their crop this season. The decision was reach'r ed at a special meeting at which a resolution was carried demanding return of a free market with reasonable price ceilings.
