ANTI-TRUST CHARGES
WASHINGTON, January 6.4 The Justice Department, which, is] charging dv Pont de Nemours and! Company, the Remington Arms Com-] pany, and Imperial Chemical Industries, Ltd., with maintaining an] international cartel agreement, violate 'ing the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, alsc* alleges- that I. G. Farberiindustrie, the German chemical firm, has been a' member of the alleged conspiracy, since 1926, and that the parties at all times have since continued to abide: by the provisions of this agreement; except to the extent that its operations" have been interrupted by the presentl war.
