DEATHS OF MEMBERS.
Reference was made to the loss during the year through the deaths of Mr. T. Condliffe and Mr. Hubert L. Nathan, both of whom were members for a number of years and had taken their share in the administrative work of the exchange. The following members were reelected to the committee for the coming year:—Messrs. Andrew Hamilton (chairman), F. H. R. Taylor (vicechairman), A. R. Sclanders, arid B. R. Webster. The vacancy on the committee caused by] the death of Mr. Condliffe was filled by the election of Mr, W. H. Robertshaw.
