BADOGLIO'S SELECTION

Rec. 12.50 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 17. The Associated Press correspondent in southern Italy says that Marshal Badoglio's new so-called technical Cabinet consists of himself as Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Admiral de Courten as Minister of the Navy, General Renato Sandalli as Air Minister, and Under-Secretaries for other posts with oower to act as Ministers until Rome* is reached, and the new Government has been formed. The Under-Secretaries include General Orlando in the War Department.
