BADOGUO'S INTENTION

Rec. 11.15 a.m. RUGBY, Oct. 31. Marshal Badoglio, who has arrived in Naples, immediately made contact with the aged Italian philosopher Benedetto Croce, who has lived at Capri for years, and Count Sforza, former Foreign Minister, who has returned to Naples after many years of exile. An
American correspondent reports, that Marshal Badoglio. intends to form a Government'at once from all parties, including the Communists. He also* stated that an Italian army is • being raised to fight 1 with the Allies against the Germans-, and that large numbers of known Fascist leaders have already; been arrested on his orders.*--8.0.W.
