MOUNTBATTEN IN INDIA
LONDON, October 7. Lord Louis Mountbatten, supreme, Allied commander in East Asia, arrived in New Delhi today for consultations with General Auchinleck, Commander-in-Chief, India. Later he will visit Chungking.
