JAP FERRY BOAT SUNK
Rec. 10.30 a.m. NEW YORK, October 7. Tokio radio announced that an Allied submarine in the Tsushima Straits on Tuesday sank the ferry Konron iMaru plying between Fusan, Korea, and Shimonoseki, in Honshiu. Seventy of the 616"persons on board were saved. ' ___„,,_________„_
