MOTOR TRADE FEDERATION
The annual meeting of the New Zealand Motor Trade ■ Federation last night decided to grant affiliation to the New Zealand Motor Vehicle Importers' Association and to the New Zealand Tyre Retreaders' Association. The following council was appointed:—Messrs. A. B. Gibbons, M. G. Phelan (wholesale parts), V. Hopkirk, H. Richards (tyre importers), D. H. Taylor, T. B. Cavaghan (coach and motor body builders), J. E. Salmond, C. Vernon (battery manufacturers), H. Anderson, D. G. Gordon (motor importers), G. K. Hansard, G. Fitzgerald (retreaders), A. D. Tench, C. R. Edniond, H. Anderson, W. A. Fraser (retail motor trade).
