LAND SALES COURT
- President Appointed
P.A. AUCKLAND, This Day. The appointment of Mr. G. PV Finiay, Auckland barrister and solicitor, to the Supreme Court Bench, has been announced by the Attorney-General (Mr. Mason). Mr. Finiay will be seconded .to the presidency of the Land Sales Court under the Servicemen's Settlement and Land Sales Act. The announcement was made following approval by Cabinet.
