VICEREGAL.
Government House, Wellington, October 7. His Excellency the GovernorGeneral, attended by Captain H. G. Helmore, returned to Wellington from the East Coast this morning. Later his Excellency presided at a meeting of the standing committee of the National Patriotic Fund Board.
