THEFT OF TOBACCO
"It is time this-petty thieving was stopped," said '■ Mr. J. Huggan, J.P., when Sergent John Nash, alias John Carroll, appeared before him and Mr. O. Silvery, J.P., at Petone today, charged with the theft of uncustomed tobacco from W. D. and H. O. Wills, Ltd., for whom he worked. Nash was fined £3.
