VICE-DELEGATES FOR FRANCE
The Delegate in New Zealand of the French Committee of National Liberation in Algiers informs the public that according to instructions received from, his Excellency the Ambassador of France, Commissioner of External Affairs, and with the authorisation of his Britannic Majesty's Government in New Zealand, he has opened vice-dele-gations at Christchurch for Canterbury and at Dunedin -for Otago and Southland, and that Messrs. G. E. F. Kingscote and S. E. D. Neill have been appointed vice-delegates respectively.
