OBSERVANCE ON SEPT. 3

Rec. noon

RUGBY, August 11.

In accordance with the wish of the King that September 3, the fourth anniversary of the outbreak of the war, shall again be observed as a national day of prayer and dedication, arrangements are being made to enable the national response to be as widespread as possible. Leaders of the Churches are arranging special services throughout the country. The Government desires work to cease as far as practicable between 11 and 11.15 a.m., when a religious service will be broadcast.—B.O.W.
