ITALY'S AFRICAN COLONIES LONDON, July 28. Asked by a member of the House oi Commons .whether his Majesty's Government and the Allied Governments would, if Italy made an honourable capitulation, return to her the colonies in Africa, the Foreign Minister, Mr. Eden, replied: "No, sir."
