DOCTORS OVERWORKED

Rec. 1 p.m. SYDNEY, July 29. The shortage of civilian doctors in Sydney and country centres in New South Wales is causing alarm in medicai and State Government circles. The assistant secretary to the 8.M.A., Dr. Hugh Hunter, said that medicalmen would not be able to continue working at their present rate. There had been a number of instances recently where doctors had broken down j because of overwork. The only solution was the release of more doctors from the Army. The State Minister of Health, Mr. Kelly, is investigating the position. .
