CONFERENCE NEXT WEEK To discuss the question of domestic assistance a conference of women's or* ganisations will be held in Wellington next Wednesday. In announcing last night that he had convened the conference, the Minister of Health (Mr. Nordmeyer) said that in order to keep the numbers attending within reasonable limits invitations had been confined to those organisations which were Dominion-wide in character and which had a practical interest in the subject. If any body of women had suggestions ito make they should be submitted for the Government's consideration as soon as possible.
