A MAORI CONCERT

Those of the soldiers who arrived yesterday, and Had. not yet proceeded to their homes were entertained last night aboard their ship by the Wellington Maoris, who gave one of their excellent concerts. Mr. Vincent Ward, secretary of the Wellington Patriotic Committee, welcomed them back, and told them, that those returned men who had not woollen scarves or mittens, if they advised the committee, would have them sent to their addresses.

The men were also addressed by Mr. Mason, Acting-Native Minister, and Sir Apirana Ngata.
