CHARGE "FANTASTIC"
LONDON, July 8.
The American correspondent of the 8.8.C. states that Frenchmen in America describe' the ' charge, concerning General de Gaulle as fantastic, and say that General Giraud himself will correct the report. Similar accusations have been made in the past on both sides of the Atlantic, and they are * quite unfounded. General de Gaulle has always taken up the position that after the liberation of France the French people must decide their own .destiny:
