168 CARGO SHIPS
U,S. DELIVERIES IN JUNE
Uec. 1.45 p.m. RUGBY, July 2. The United States Maritime Com* mission has announced, according to a Washington message, that the ship* yards In June delivered 168 cargo ships, totalling 1,676,500 deadweight tons. The total production in the ffifst half of the year was 879 ships, of 8,818,622 tone, compared with the entire 194? programme of 746 ships of 8,089,732 tottS.-t-8.0.W.
