Kobur Tea, Ltd., Melbourne, showed a profll of £21,981* for the year to March 81 urtet providing for taxation, depreciation, etc. Foi the preceding year tlio profit was £11,493. and for 1940-41 £20,250. From its subsidiary, the Oriental Tea Co., which has been restored to a profitable trading basis, the company received dividend amounting to £6395, Preference dividends absorb £9375, and on preference dtvldeuds outstanding £12,500. Nc ordinary dividend is recommended, leaving £60c to be carried forward.
