FIGHTING NEAR BYELGOROD
LONDON, June 25. Messages from Russia say that a Red Army battalion broke into an enemy strong-point west of Byelgorod, north of Kharkov. It is pointed out that the fighting is of local importance, and that Byelgorod is still in German hands. The main Russian line runs north-east of Byelgorod.
