BUILDING IN SWEDEN

LONDON, June 7.

A Swedish sailor1 told the Stockholm newspaper "Arbetaren" that Germany is using Swedish-built motor-barges for escort duty. The paper publishes a Ehotograph of a barge flying the Nazi ag, and adds that Sweden is making 41 of these barges for Germany. It is recalled in London that when Britain recently protested against Sweden building these ships for Germany the Swedish Foreign Office claimed that they were fishing vessels and were not suitable for military purposes. _____
