TRAM SMASH IN SYDNEY

(Speoial P.A. Correspondent.) SYDNEY, April 30. Fifty people were injured today in one of the worst smashes ever known in Sydney. Travelling at 50 miles an hour, a runaway tram crashed into the rear of a stationary tram. Both trams were packed with people, many of whom received facial injuries from flying pieces of jagged glass. Most of hose injured were sent to hospital.
