ANTI-U-BOAT COMMITTEE

(Rec. 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, March 18

The anti-submarine warfare committee has met regularly once a week since it had been constituted, said Lord Cranborne in reply to a question in the House of Lords. Twenty meetings had so far been held. Admiral Stark, commander of the United States naval forces in Europe, and Mr. Averell Harriman attended the meetings of the committee.—8.0. W.
